Would someone please answer my sons query, as to why he can't log onto any of the games. His subscription is still running and he has not been banned for any reason, at least not that we know of. I would really appreciate a quick answer to this as i think it is terrible that he can't play.

if you get banned it ussually tells you for how long,has he changed any settings on his pc? a new firewall?
tried deletin ur temp files or cookies b/c that happened to me i did that then tried a few times and it worked.. if not u may have problems with ur firewall settings
Whenever I have had problems logging on, or with the FlyOrDie games loading properly, I have been able to resolve them by clearing my cache (temporary internet files, including cookies), closing Internet Explorer, then rebooting. If that isn't effective, then as someone else suggested, it may have something to do with your security software or firewall. Mλgιcιλη, FlyOrDie Moderator
