Why when i open a player profile i dont have the report button option? i only have 'search player' and 'give gift subscription' and 'sign out'

You can get dice, continue playing games and behaving and you'll eventually get dice. Your current "Oldtimer Score" is at such a negative that it may just take a while to get it back to a positive state. That said, keep playing, keep behaving and you'll get there.
