Clock stops running duuring his turn .I took a screenshot which shows all hIs 2 minute games are more than 5 minutes long. I want my lost points back!

Hello Alberto 725 What you are describing is not a cheat on your opponent’s side. It's connection issue which can can occur in online games. Meaning: you opponent lost the connection to the server. You can send in your screenshot here:

No John, please read this carefully. When there is break in the connection BOTH clocks stop running and no one can make a move. There were no service disconnections. After I would move, his clock did not start until he let it to make his move. My clock ran full time every time it was my move. On almost all of his moves, the clock would not run for several seconds. This is either cheating or the system is messed up. In either case it needs to be fixed. I lost all games to him on time.
