Hello Gol1907, In order to access the situation properly (and take necessary action) the moderation team requires an immediate report of each occurring incident, via the report abuse feature. To report a player, please navigate to the player's profile and click the 3 lines on the top right.

Hello everyone!!! I'm sorry but you can't Mute your Player, it's not possible!!! You can only mute spectator!!! Two weeks ago I was insulted so badly by a player from the USA that I was a serious criminal. It was about a photo of my brother's daughter and she is a treasure to me: That's why I changed this photo immediately! We currently live in a world where hatred, bullying and racism on the Internet are the top priority. At Flyordie you should simply close the chat room or just create a space where people can just chat and flirt!!

Hello King of the best, You can mute players who are in the lobby as well. Pls. click the player you would like to mute and then the mute button. Please see my screenshot attached - >

Hallo John You're right, you can mute players in the chat room. I do that very often, but most of the insults are made by your opponent during the game.
... yes and you can mute during the game as well. Click the button that shows an emoji with a taped mouth. Pls let me know if you can't find it. I am going to take a screenshot, then. Kind regards, John

There is no emoji with a taped mouth in billiards, sorry. (on board games there is ) See screenshot on how to mute spectators while in a game.

Thank you very much John I found the mute button. With Checker it's a little different but it works
Unfortunately it still happens, it happened to me many times, some ppl think that because you speak spanish or another language u are inferior at some level, it happened to me with a player "......." nickname if I'm not wrong, the guy when he lose or is trying to arguing about something, use as last resort racism comments haha, not to mention the fact that racist ppl think that everyone who speaks spanish is mexican by default, I have the theory that the racism ppl probably have some kind of limited cognitive capacity, I never report about that because tbh for me it is really funny, better just mute them and continue enjoying the game, nowadays it is just isolated cases of this bad-behavior, most users are cool and open mind.

why was my message removed? I was just saying don't take it personal. just play the game, don't chat so much :S. How can you be insulted by someone you don't know? it's not real live. It's a game.
