Good morning Sonia, I would like to suggest that when you want to report some less pleasant situation by other players, you should do it by the proper means, so that the moderation team can act accordingly, respecting in that way both parties involved. Kind regards and have fun👍 Dav7d

Thank you very kindly for your message. I am a senior person and perhaps not too savvy with navigating through the program properly. This is the first time l have written my concerns. I always try to be a fair player, thanking others for the game. There should be no place for aggression and rudeness. I tried to point out that rudeness is not appreciated ..and got even worse. Most of the time people are very pleasant. Could you advice where to/ how navigate in …if future unacceptable language is used, please? Thank you kindly, Sonia

You can also and only if you have in your possession proof of the infractions in "image capture" send them along with the abuse report through this medium:

NO IT DOESN'T. I have been playing a game with a verbal individual and muted them. The chat session still continues with their tirades.
