Its painful to say the least the amount of time it keeps saying error, everytime when I try to fill in a mod form. Can anyone fix the bugs?

Error for payfaceCard too,asked again and ignore and do not want to answer. So i surrender, no choice as it is for to subscribe. I don' t understand that this problem's ignored and the answers may be made for less important things. What it would be nice to have a fairness to the members on the forum too.
