not that i know of ..a ban can be overturned by the owners of the site in exeptional circumstances ..but its rare..mods can deal out punishment adhering to certain rules which they have to adhere to ( if you want to see what there instructions are you can google  it)i think its known as there bible ..lol..1 final word ..all conversation is kept for at least a year  so if you are thinking of stitching up a mod by lies FORGET IT..THE MODS ARE MODERATED THEMSELVES BY SOLWARE (FLYORDIE)...hope this helps maybe a mod can step in and and put us all right  ...regards jim

If a permanent ban is done by the system 'automod' then an Admin can lift it if it was not necessary.

Only the moderator that banned a nickname or gave it a demerit can lift the ban unless the admins say otherwise so I believe.

Why do you get banned permanently?
