Dear Operator, today the servers on FOD went out everyone lost points that shouldn't have. This is unfair, please transfer back the points to the users that were affected. Thank you

yesterday i have play vs "geewhizz"(10 ends select).After 6 ends all players deconect.1 minute later i play again vs "geewhizz"and again all players deconect.I have no problem if server deconect sometimes but why i loose 39 points and "geewhizz" win?
