I won the quick snooker tournament on February 7th and i dont have the V.I.P. status anymore. I am just wondering why, because as i recall first place gives u 10 days of V.I.P.?!

Hi mate I just had a look at the tourny you won, and maybe because you and Stephen&Hendry had the same points at the end, instead of either of you getting 10 or 5 maybe both of you got 7. I know you had a higher win % but thats all I can think of, hopefully a mod can reply for you
