I'm not a very good player in chess (and i'm not english and sorry for my bad english) but if i like to play chess it's because i have the time for to think my game but with the clock i lose often because the time without this i'm sure i can to continue the game and i will win or i will play a beautiful game (for my level).

So i ask if he's possible to have a game with the clock (or just the clock per move, 5 minutes, i need, on average, three minutes per move "difficult").

Or tell me why 20 minutes is imposed per game? 

I'm not a pro i just want to play a fun part and i wan't lose because i'm not the faster in the game... (in the last game my opponent have a tower and his king and me i have 1 horse 1 tower and 1 "crazy" and three "pawn" if i have the time I was sure to win,, or a other game my oppenent had 10 seconds older than me and it was just blows me useless for the time  it's really "frustrating").

I have more example, i'm not good but every time I feel unable to fully play a part because of the damn time.
