To OPERATOR: I have been noticing that my rating is different when I log in from the last time that I was logged in. Is there a reason for this? And if so, why is my rating decreasing when I am not playing, that is, when I have not won or lost?

Today I logged in - 11 days after I last logged in when my rating was 810 - to see my rating is now 746. I'm curious how my rating can decrease by 64 points when I have not played a single game in those 11 days. It's been over a month since I first inquired about this... Operator, thank you for your timely response to my question.
