If you got demerit at start your nick u wont get any dots

i had a dem in 2010.i havnt been in trouble since and i have 7dots.your dots are based on behaviour.behave yourself and play plenty of games and you should get dots.

You can get VIP now if you already was banned or had a dem.
At least you need 2 dots.

Before the dot system, if you ever been dem or ban you couldn't get vip at all.

The system is now more lax.

because u had demerit before:p me2 dont have any dots coz i had dem 3 years ago then was playing 2 years without dem and ban and still no dots :(
