Yea Only the moderator which banned the account..

If a nickname has been banned for evasion can it be restored?

If you ask a moderator that is online, I'm sure they can answer your question for you my friend.

I've been here since jan 2010 and i swear i've only ever seen moderators 3 times since then. Good luck finding one you'll need it. :)
