He means 3 dots on the "dice" on his Stats page. Why did you lose your dots SlapYouSilly?

I believe "dots" are lost after you receive a punishment.

you are awarded dots on a die check your stats window you have to play for a length of time to earn dots they give you the right to set number of ends you want to play .
