If I understand the problem correctly, then here is the explaination: when subscriber sets up a number of games he wants to play and he gets challenged by someone - then HIS number of games will be played. If he (subscriber) sets up his number of games and then challenges someone - it doesn't mean that HIS amount of games will be played - he will play as many games as his OPPONENT offered (no offer or challenging non-subscribed player = 1 game). Of course, you can ask for a rematch after the time when settled amount of games is played, but opponent has a right to choose here :) so he might decline your challenge and no change in ratings happen here.
So, if you want to play the number of games YOU want to play - either find opponent with the same number OR set up your number of games and wait for a challenge. Good luck :D

on the stats screen under the date that you joined the game site there is a square box inside that box there is little dots if you have less than 3 dots you cant choose how many ends to play . the more games you plAY THE MORE DOTS YOU GET SO KEEP PLAYING TILL YOUR PLAY TIME ALLOWS YOU FOR MORE THAN 3 DOTS
