Hi, Without being banned or having any problem with someone, I've lost all of my points. I can't win any points, even if I win a game. It's clearly not only my problem, but a lot of players in snooker ànd pool have it atm. What happened, and most important... will we get our stats back? Would be nice :-) Thanks in advance.

I am one of your game member from Turkey by the usta36 nick. I have lost unfairly 380 points because of your system failure. I couldn't stand this situacition because of my own respect to myself. If you also take seriously to your job as same as I think seriously on your game, you will send my 380 points doack. If you dont't send this points doack, I will do my best in order to pollow every law-order. Gratefully Thanks
Are you sure you don't have negative points? They show as zero. If you win some points while having negative points, you can still be below zero, and it will show up as zero.
