Game lagging with vance ad???

For the past couple of days the game has been lagging for me big time.  I have realized that it happens when the vance-vance-revolution ad is showing.  When the ad stops the game resumes.  Is anyone else having this problem?????

Yes, ads do occasionally slow down the game.  I haven't noticed the one you mention in particular, but have had the problem in the past with other ads.  It's just something you have to learn to deal with as a non-sub.

I totally get having the ads as a non-sub.  I have no problem with that.  But, it's getting to the point where this particular add freezes the game.  I find it hard to believe that I would be the only one experiencing problems with this particular ad.  Which is why I posted this :)

Subscribers probably do not have browser hijacks either.  I am currently running with add-ons disabled (can't use chat - no Java), run NoScript and still, YellowBook and 2 others occasionally take over the last 6 months.  This usually hapens when a character is market harvesting with the balloon or when the screen has been inactive for a while and running in the background.  The <back to> and <recent pages> button have no history, so I just close and restart IE and get back to the game.  The jitters and lag effect FF screens when Larkinor is still open in the background,so IE must be closed to work on other things.  I use IE for Larkinor only.  Inconvient, but still a non-sub to try to self-limit time in the game.
