Dear Moderators
Banning people from site
Moderatoirs need to be more specific with reasons for banning people so that they wont repeat the same mistakes again
the reason "ss" was just an internal note that was not meant to be shown to players. The real banning reason was indeed more specified, players couldn't see it, though.

We are interested in not using such abbreviations as a banning reason.

Merv

sometimes its stupid when you get a demerit, and reason is "ss".

I agree that using the reason "ss" is not sufficient. The issue has been addressed to the moderators and the use of abbreviated descriptions such as "ss" will not be used anymore.
Yea jus enjoy the game and sit on the fence while your playin here, only way to stay out of bother :p
What's the point of moderators giving detailed reasons so you
don't
make the same 'mistakes' again? This would imply that some people break rules because they don't know they exist, which is their fault anyway as when you register you sign up to the T&Cs of the website.

The rules are on the website in the first place, if you don't want to be punished/or be punished again, read the rules and make sure you follow them.
I agree with what these guys are saying, the authoroties have to be precise with reason's so that the same mistakes are not made again. I love playing snooker on flyordie.
lol agreed with dog walker, but sometimes its stupid when you get a demerit, and reason is "ss". "ss" explains a lot i guess
If players wouldnt repeat the same mistakes again, moderators wont repeat their mistakes again
