also, claims alone are not sufficient to do something about harassment.  you will have to take a screen shot of the harassment and include it with the request.

last of all... if my understanding is correct, "chess software" is permitted by this site.  some people consider it cheating, but it is actually allowed here.  if you don't like it, then just avoid playing people who use it.
