it is so annoying tht someones pays for a good game like this but they get banned, its not right, basically taking peoples money

SUBS BEING BANNED
Many people are under the false impression that being a subscriber means you cannot be banned. When you subscribe you are given the ability to use extra features within the games. The rules of the site apply to all its members, regardless of their subscription status, so if you repeatedly break the rules and are subscribed, don't be too surprised if you lose your subscribed name!
i've heard it said that a subbed name can be freely demerited by a mod if they see fit, but they cannot ban a subbed name. all they can do is request to OP that the name be banned... but that OP rarely disagrees with a request of such nature. anyway, if this is true, it's one extra line of making sure a mod doesn't just abuse their power... but that when a subbed name does get banned, they really do deserve it, and it has been looked into. and like has been said already... the rules still apply to you if you're subbed. you click to say you agree with the terms of service, so you better follow them. --jason
Banning subbed names is such a brilliant idea lol. Its barefaced robbery thats perfectly legal. The person will only go back and sub a new name :p
people should be baned even if they subed there name but the problem i think is that fod perm banned my subed name with out any proof at all and continued doing it on my other name later
and whys that noodles ? it was a perm ban smarts its not ban evasion so u may shut up untill u know what ur talking about our atlest untill u been playing on this site more then 2 months
because uve admitted uve been banned and ur usin a new nik so ur on a ban evasion and they will now ban all ur niks.noodles as been playin 4 more then 2 mths hes usin a diff nik.......so whos the smart 1 now ;)
ocean so ur telling me when i have 2 subed names they temp ban one and perm ban the otehr and about over 2 months later after getting banned more times as in mods know im still playing and im not curntly banned at all right now yet its ban evasion. hmm ur smart arnt u and if ur getitng perm ban and its ban evasion if i keep playing there just ip ban me smarts so once again learn what u r talking about b4 u type Ty

If you are permanantely banned on a nickname then that applies to all nicknames you have - as far as I'm aware it is ban evasion when you use another nickname. Whether or not a moderator punishes you for it is a different matter, you could go unnoticed playing a different nickname for months.... as Ocean said it wasn't the smartest thing saying you've been banned on here.
the thing is the operator banned me and alot of mods know i still play and on witch names i do play on and i think if i was getting banned chris it would of happend and i think if there going to perm 1 my subed name why would they only temp the other for a week witch was over a month in a half ago chris if ur perm banned it doesnt mean u cant play on another acount or when ur temped and u ban evasion that name gets permed making it mean once ur main acount is no longer temp u cant play it. think that over

be banned. I know of people that when they make a new name, they get banned almost straight away (Because they've had a nickname permanentely banned). I also know of people like yourself who don't get banned all of the time. Maybe FOD do give another chance to certain people, I don't know myself I'm not a member of the moderation team. I'm not here to have a go at you, I just gave my general opinion on what happens, whether that happens all the time is entirely at the discretion of FOD ;)
