Hey Stream Try Google Page Creator << type in google and its the 1st one.. Note>> you will need a googlemail account... Has all the basics which you asked for..... Choice of templates, layout designs, upload your pictures, links, use html... Heres what i created, im still improving it each day:)

hiya stream, well the 1st thing is which site are you using for the design? a free one ? if so i recommend angelfire. For the basics youre probarbly best off using the dynamic drive website, it has all the simple html and xml codes you desire right through to the advanced ones. Hope this gives you a starting base ty DR
Thankyou both for your replies..I have looked at them and find them both good..I will try them out :) StreamLine
Hi Ocean..Yes it is of my work..designs and wallpapers I have done for each holiday of the year..Christmas..Halloween.. Mothers Day etc..I have done so many I just want them all in one place..and then add to them ;)

lycos also has a free pagebuilder called tripod or trellix. But if you wanna do it the manual way then you'll hafta buy/rent a server and domain and whatnot, and learn yourself some html and possibly java, flash, and maybe VB and .net depending on how much you wanna do.
hey streamline , did u by any chance get to make this web page :D ? cause i would like to see it :p
