I paid for a subscription and am getting the ads anyway.There is a star beside my name and the ads were removed for awhile but now I get them all the time. At redhotpawn.com they have a link directly to management and any problems are promptly taken care of.Why not here?

I too am a paid subscriber, I maintain my computer on a reg basis bt continue to have problems with your server. I've been bumped OFF of the server in the middle of one game and lost that one due to your servers tech issues, was bumped off a second one yet today at the start of a game and I lost that one via your servers tech issues as well...what's up? Also...where are the room moderators and who are they, there are times when one is needed and if they are in the middle of a game if we know who they are we can get their attention.
The removal of the adverts is cookie based. You must first clear your cache and cookies to remove any advert cookies, and then log back in again (ensuring that you have allowed flyordie to place a cookie on your machine)
It may be worth emailing support@flyordie.com and telling them about your problem. Are the adverts pop ups or just regular ones around the game window? Might be worth doing a quick spyware/virus scan ;)
