I have been banned for 3 days with "mémoire", and I don't know why... I love play, I'm fair play, and I would know the reason why I've been banned. Go to the moderator contact form and appeal to the moderators about the decision, it may be reversed ;)
It could be because of posting links for tournaments or league. You are only allowed to post every 5 minutes, and not in other league rooms. Just one reason springs to mind as you said your a TD. Steve
