Little more detail??? What exactly happens when you try to upload? General answer is normally update you java/clear cookies ;)
I have the same problem. When i click on whatever game i pick, and as i sign in, it loads but then it gives me a blank window...
Update Java to the recent version, clear your cache and temporary internet files, make sure Java is enabled in addons all of which can be done in the explorer window and select Tools>Internet Options>General (for cache and temp files)>and Programs (for managing addons).
