When uploading a new picture..just do the same as you did when you first put a picture on..then log off..go to tools ..internet options...clear cookies..delete files and clear history..when you log back in your new picture will be ther ;)

For me, my problem is not knowing ThumbNails well to make the profile picture 96 x 96. When I made new folrder the pictures were white. Now, I can't get rid og that uglgy white box without a picture.

How do I make a new small picture file with Thumb nails?

I feel lost.

Please help.

oh yes your pic must me less than 96 by 96 pixels

delete the history, then go tools, options, then privacy, then on the cookies bit click the box untill i close firefox not until they expire and that should do it. well thats how u do it on firefox

When you submitted the image, you didnt get any error or anything? like image size is too big etc..

It didn't work because the OLD picture was still there.

You dont need to remove it, i dont think.
Just upload your new picture and it should just replace your old one...
