>may I be so bold as to ask if you would please leave the items for level 26 or better alone
you probably don't know how bold that is to ask. you probably also don't understand how robbing works or you wouldn't have asked that.
all a robber does is click a "try to rob" button from the drop-down menu on any fighter, mage, or dark district square, and the game randomly asigns him to one house (player or npc) on that square, and all at the same time, tests his stats against any traps that might be in that house. then if it's a player's house and he gets in, it randomly asigns him some of the items from in the home that he has successfully robbed, based largely on how good his robbing level is. after that, provided the rob is successful, it gives him some experience points. and all that is from one click. the only choice he gets is which square he is sitting on with his bunch of crowbars, the rest is random.
so for you to ask him not to rob items from lvl 26 and up, he cannot simply be "picky" when he's going through your house, he would have to stop robbing altogether on the square you live on (provided he even knew which one that was). and that will almost definitely not happen, especially if there are other targets on your square he enjoys hitting.
hope that helps you understand.
