I would guess because you guys aren't subscribed thus not paying for the service your getting, and those of us who are paying for the service should get some perks don't you think?

I'm thinking there should be more tournaments overall. There isn't hardly any CHess, Checkers, or Reversi Tournies even being though up at the moment...

Yes, but let's just say if they were to win this tourny then they get nothing of the benefit but the sheer joyness of victory. And if a subscriber participated in it, and they win, normal rules apply.
