hello guys and girls. i hope someone can help, i won the snooker pro tourny nearly 2 weeks agao but i still have not got my vip or free sub, does anyone know how long i have to wait, or do i have to some how ativate it some how? i must admit the free sub would be very handy now as mine has just ran out,, hope someone can help me,, thanks for your time and help.....

if u have had any sort of ban or demerit on any other nick or the nick u have at present then u will not get the vip but if u havent had any demerits or bans then it should come when the torunye says official and final results
