i am having trouble with disconnection especially when i am in a winning poition. i have lost about 100 points. how can i prevent this. it never happens when i am losing

it happens to me too i love the game but am getting sick and tired of disconnection seems like i am the only one loosing points my opponent doesnt loose any if you get disconected it should be no game sometimes i even loose my cue stick and i loose 4 points right off the bat today i got disconected 9 times please help
