OK, not everyone cheats, but how can you tell??

People just about everyone i play do something when their losing that causes the server to dissconnect and in turn you lose your rank and their rank goes up I've since stopped playing all together because of this defect because only the extremely high ranked players will play fair but they won't play unless your ranked high yourself

I can tell how slow they move like some people take 30 seconds to move:-(
