I cant log in!!!! pls help

Hey guys,, can anyone help me,, maybe Beppe can (I hope)for some reason i cant get passed the loading page, it goes to a black screen and theres no countdown,,, just black, mozilla works, but not I.E. ( ive done everything possible) cache all cleared,, got norton 06 antivirus, spysweeper(webroot) all is good pls. any ideas,, thx,, i`ll keep checking in

how about checking java, it's been noted before that any plugins sometimes interfere with the game. You running more than one? They might be clashing.

Could always try reinstalling the java.
