They have to be able to hit both sides of the ball not just see the ball.

I had just completed a game and challenged my opponent to a return.  He did not respond so I went back to the lobby but then I saw it had been given as a loss against me. 

I was playing someone in a match which was first to 10.  I actually won the match 12-0 but when I looked to see how my rating had changed I was only credited with +10.  Please fix.

I had just finished a game of Quick Snooker and I was then immediately challenged by a different player which I accepted. However, I then got the adverts but I heard my opponent playing.  I was timed out but I never even got the chance of a shot because I was still looking at the adverts and I could not skip.  An extraordinary bug which needs fixing.

It's a bit rich for skater_paul to say someone is not English when he does not know the language himself - it should be you're rather than your!!!

When playing someone with professional rules the foul and a miss are being called incorrectly.  When one person is ahead by so much that snookers are needed according to the rules of snooker a miss is not called for a foul whereas they are in the games here.

When the server goes down could it be that no points are exchanged and it counts as a void game?

There seems to be a an enormous number of people in the backgammon lobby who do no want to play.  Why are they are?  I think that they they are scared of losing points.  I think if someone is challenged and they do not accept they should automatically lose more points than they would lose if they played and lost the game.
