The game does not start. What to do?

It says "load error"

Please try the following in the mentioned order.
If the first one does not help, then try point 2, etc.

1. Restart game
2. Clear browser's cahce and restart game
3. Clear browser's cahce and restart browser
4. Update browser to most recent version
5. Try another browser
6. Disable browser add-ons / ad-blockers
7. Search for / remove malwares in your system
8. Disable proxy / antivirus / download managers

It stops while "preparing data"

1. Try another browser (use Chrome/Firefox instead of IE)
2. Update audio driver
