I think this site is a decent entertainment environment. However, when the user named "bebina" loses the Memory Game, she insults in Italian and English. This is against the decent atmosphere of this place. I have complained many times, but unfortunately I do not see any results. I hope I will not be insulted again.

This is day 3 of not being able to sign in to any of the FoD servers, and the temporary ban for "Madressa" remains untouched and unexplained. I have not logged in to the game since the ban.
Also, please be advised that I have attempted to seek moderator reply via email on DAY 1 of the ban, so I don't think it's fair to continue to ignore my forum posts. :/

I'm doing all of this because I don't know what I did. And this is basically my FIRST "offense". And I'm pretty sure I wasn't "harassing" anyone.

Hunter told me that loulou and mental.ho belong to the same person. So when I was in the lobby with my nick PASSEPARTOUT and saw mental.ho, I asked openly "loulou=mental.ho?" A moderator or an assistant moderator must have seen this comment and probably thought I was calling loulou a mental. Immediately I got a 4 day demerit for PASSEPARTOUT and a one day demerit for BIRDWATCHER for multiple nicks. Since both my nicks are subscribers, why did I get a demerit for multiple nicks? Did I get  a 4 day demerit because somebody thought I called loulou a mental? This is totally unjust.

The next day BIRDWATCHER  who got a demerit for multiple nicks, was permanently banned, without having played with none of my nicks since the moment I got a demerit.

the player ‘Seyepencüse’ has spoken about sexually abusing women. You have given this player a black dot, which will last only temporarily. I kindly ask you to bar the player under this nickname permanently, given the severity of the situation.

This situation is much different than if two players call each other names, or use other rude language. And therefore it must be treated differently as well.

If you fail to recognize this, I will leave this site and not come back.
