Basically....you need a VERY good reason, And most likrly you need to have been a good boy too. After all, theres not much chance that someone with a pile of bans if gonna get a name changed :D

I've had this done a couple of times then. Define what a 'good boy' is then. Proof that I am just more important than some others on this site :p!
