If you have noticed your tank responding badly, or sometimes not at all then you may need the upgrade below. I had been lagged for a good three months when I was given this as a solution.

The link leads to a page where you can download the latest Microsoft Virtual Machine.  Once downloaded, execute the program and you should see an installation occur.

If there are any problems during the installation post here and we can help.  I had to install the entire windows update suite before the virtual machine would install properly.

The lag fix seemed to work for a day, but now it doesn't.. so I should read that email.  I have sent you a mail regarding it.
