I think they should add more forum options and stuff,:) maybe you could put a pic or something where it says how many post or since when.And a rank?for how many post you posted :p any other suggestions??

guys ..this topic has already been done.. FlyOrDie have plans in the future for a new and more modern forum with ranks for how many posts you make etc... Mr.bluze made it..have a quick search ;) gl in my opinion i cant wait for the new forum to be released :)

I like the idea but some people might make pointless posts just to get a high rank. I know it is stupid but i know some people on FOD who would definetly do that.....*certain people come to mind*

Don't you think ranks is a little sad to say the least? It's bad enough having a few people like suit whose dreaming is to get the most posts. Imagine other players actually making posts, spamming, talking nonsense just so as to challenge for ranks? A picture under the name is a great idea!

What's the point in having a post limit? Essentially there already are ranks on the forum, and I know people spam the boards to get their post count up. If the new forum is one of the 'usual' brands (php, invision, etc) it should be far easier to control who is doing what and stop people from spamming to get higher rankings. It's going to take some work to get the current data to speak to the new forum, but I'm sure someone who gets paid far too little money and spends too much of their day staring at a computer monitor is working on this problem as we type.

don't see a reason for ranks because after all we are here for the games not the fourm. If you all are lookin for some kind of "rank" there is that in the games and thats what we are here for. If you are here for the fourms then, well,I can't understand you.

I think that bluzes idea could work over the entire site. However Billiards players dont have "ranks", they could have balls instead, and the chess players could have ranks like "Grandmaster" etc...
