Frequently, when I am about to win a game, the notice "Connection to player is broken" appears and I have to endure the inevitable wait to find at the end it is still broken. Why? do some players know how to break the connection so they don't have to loose? Thanks.

It is not possible for a player to intentionally break the connection in order to avoid a loss or force a win. When the message “Connection to player is broken” appears, it only indicates that the connection between the two players has been interrupted. The system does not give either player control over this, and there is no mechanism or exploit that allows someone to deliberately disconnect in a way that benefits them. Connection interruptions are caused by factors such as network instability, device behaviour, browser issues, or routing problems between players. The system cannot and does not assume intent, and it treats these situations the same for everyone. If the connection is not restored within the allowed time, the outcome is handled automatically by the system. This is not a loophole, and it cannot be used to manipulate results. If you experience frequent disconnects, the correct step is to contact Support with details (time of occurrence, device, browser, connection type). Accusations in the forum do not help diagnose technical issues, but detailed reports allow the technical team to check the logs accurately.
