Draws
Draws should count 0 point for either of the players. Currently, accepting a draw results in a loss of points for the stronger player. It's considered a win for the weaker one.
This is UNFAIR.

Same goes for games under 10 moves played, they should not be counted for the ranking.

Thanks.
On FlyOrDie the game result and the rating change are two different things:

On the board, a draw is ½–½ for both players.

For the rating, the server compares the result with what is expected from the rating difference.

If a much stronger player only draws against a weaker one, the system sees that as an under-performance for the stronger player and an over-performance for the weaker player. That’s why the stronger rating goes down a bit and the weaker rating goes up a bit, even though the game itself is a draw.

If all draws always gave “0 points” to both sides, stronger players could simply agree draws in bad positions and never risk losing rating, while weaker players would struggle to gain any rating at all. In the long run that would make the rankings less accurate, not more.

how is that fair, when the weaker player requests a draw at move 1 and his rating increased (and the stronger player's one decreases) for NOT PLAYING A SINGLE MOVE ?
You’re not losing rating “for not playing a single move”, you’re losing rating because you chose to accept a draw in a rated game against a much lower-rated opponent.

Fwiw, you clearly don't play Go. Go, unlike chess, is a game where draw can't be obtained. The komi exists to avoid that.
