I wonder why I do not have the “report/abuse option. I have written reports to fly or die but they have not answer to me. I also want to report the people that bother me.

The 'Report Abuse' button is only avaialble to users with 4 dots (oldtimer score) or subscribers. However, you can contact the Moderators here -
