That said, please note that the forum isn’t the right place to report other players, as moderation actions are handled privately to protect user confidentiality.  However, I do understand your reasons for posting here and wanting to see action taken.

All valid reports submitted through the Report Abuse feature are reviewed, though it can sometimes take time depending on moderator availability and the need to verify details.  Using the in-game Report Abuse option ensures your report includes the chat log, timestamps, and context moderators need to investigate properly.
