It’s very annoying when you get a demerit point and have to search everywhere for an explanation of why you received it. The software engineer should create an option for the moderators and assistant moderators to let us know what we did wrong. I do not recall doing anything wrong to deserve the demerit point.

When a demerit is issued, the reason is shown the very next time you log in to the games. For example: “YOU HAVE RECEIVED A DEMERIT. REASON: INSULTING/HARASSING, VULGAR LANGUAGE” and so on. So the notification is already built into the system, and players are always informed the next time to try to login.
