No sustainable connection
Something is not right on this game platform and missing in the design or since too many disconnection games happened and continue to occur without obvious reason. It seems that this platform has very fragile in its stability of connection to secure the continuation of player’s games. It’s very frustrating as there is still no any improvement no matter how players sent feedback their bad experience. At least; please disqualify a game if no player gives up a game by clicking “resign” button but disconnection occurs.
Hello Green1188,
Please see SlaldGuard's infos concerning tis topic →

Kind regards,

Keep losing games due to server disconnection. The strange thing was that the opponent player was rarely the one which lost the game but only me. Most of time I was winning the game. Please explain that if no one was doing tricks on purpose. Then only explanation is the game platform.

At least there were recent 20 games in the same situation. Every time my device was still in very good shape with internet connection. This must be the game server or the player. Very frustrating!!!!!
Hi Green,

we do understand it's frustrating. We looked at your games and saw a 10% disconnection ratio within the last 60 games.

Please be aware:

Why is HTTPS tricky?

Secure but complex: HTTPS encrypts connections, making FlyOrDie safer, but it can cause disconnects on weak networks (e.g., mobile data, public Wi-Fi).

Different devices: Old smartphones or browsers may struggle with the new tech, but we can’t see these issues directly

Errors are hard to trace: When you see “Lost Connection,” we get no detailed error message – just that notice. This often stems from network issues, outdated browsers, or conflicts with HTTPS encryption (e.g., WebSocket connections). Without your details on device, browser, or network, we can’t narrow it down.

What are we doing?

-We’re optimizing servers to make HTTPS connections more stable.
-We’re exploring technologies like Cloudflare to reduce global delays.
-We’re building diagnostic tools to detect errors faster.

Thank you.
❤️
