Let’s Talk: What Would You Pay For?
Full screen? No ads? Tournaments? Great, but we’ve been sold that story for years.

If FlyOrDie wants more subscribers, maybe it’s time to ask:
What would actually make you subscribe?
What’s missing that would turn a free player into a paying one?

A few thoughts to kick things off:
- More custom boards, cue styles, piece sets?
- More subscriber-only mini-events or challenges?
- A 3-day free trial so players feel the upgrade before buying?
- Different public badges or perks that actually show off your support?

This isn’t about complaining, it’s about building. If we want the game to grow, we need to show what value means to us as players.

So… what would you pay for?

Let’s give them ideas worth implementing.

Hello,

I like this topic, and idea.

Things that should be rectified before potentially introducing such great things.

1. Eco Settings need to be fixed first please. ( Been broken for 2 years nearly) I prefer the background to be turned off, I also like dynamic camera to be turned off, it makes me dizzy. The shot boost power would be a +++ to have back, but none of these things work. And again, in my opinion it's these little things that make the billiards rooms so much better to play in. But Eco settings don't work. Hence potentially scaring a few more away from logging in.

2. Introduce a more WIFI friendly stronger server for those who get regular disconnections. (This disconnection problem is scaring quite a few players from here).

Apart from these 2 things I have mentioned in my opinion everything else is bang on.

None the less, your idea is great, but without Eco Settings, and a strong server, what is the point, because we wouldn't be able to enjoy them properly anyway.

Sorry if nobody agrees, just adding my opinion here.

Cheers.

Hello" AnOnCiPher".

I agree with you on this point, which is generally positive.

What I regret, however, are the negative reactions (vote at the bottom of the article) every time we publish positive topics on the forums.

Wouldn't it be more positive to express one's feelings by responding to the rest of an article? This would also represent progress in the exchange of opinions, which could be debated properly, without aggression, and in a friendly atmosphere.

Really appreciate you taking the time to weigh in, exactly the kind of reply this thread was hoping for.

You're spot on: it’s hard to talk about adding value when some core features still feel unstable. The Eco Settings issue has lingered too long, and the disconnection problem is real, not just frustrating, but damaging to player confidence. This will hopefully be fixed soon.

If we’re going to ask people to support the platform, those fundamentals need to be rock-solid. Maybe it's time for a “quality-of-life patch” before any new features roll out.

Your thoughts don’t get in the way of the conversation, they are the conversation. Keep them coming. Let’s push for something better, not louder.

Thanks, catsgirls, and I’m with you.

The downvotes don’t bother me personally, but what they represent is a bit of a missed opportunity. Silence and shadows don’t build anything, conversation does.

If someone disagrees with an idea, that’s fair game. But pressing the minus button without adding a voice just leaves us all guessing. The forum shouldn’t be a scoreboard, it should be a workshop.

Appreciate your support. Maybe, in time, more players will trade the click for a comment. That’s how real progress starts.

Hi˚DonEfrenReyes˚,

I'm responding to your post following the two relevant threads you added.
Regarding the topic:
1) I've just resubmitted a request on the "Requests to Developers" forum, hoping to resolve the situation.

How about more customisation on your profile page? Let us choose which games are listed on our profile page, remove forum section, tournament stats ect. Edit background colours, headers etc.

I do like the idea of customised cues. And how about customised table colour?

Really like the direction of your ideas, it’s the kind of customisation that feels both personal and rewarding without affecting gameplay.

Being able to tailor your profile to reflect the games you actually play, remove sections that don’t matter, or even just style the background? That’s the kind of polish that makes a subscription feel like a reflection of the player, not just a payment.

Custom cues and table colours? Spot on. Small details, big difference, especially if others can see them. Identity fuels engagement.

Appreciate the input, this is exactly the kind of feedback FlyOrDie needs more of. Keep it coming.
to other checkers variants - like brazil version or russian: international version - I am get enough play USA version that i didn't like anyway!!!
no worries mate cheers, thank you too
Checker games are identical and originate from China. Officially, the US version is the best, and it's played in championships because of the logic behind it. I like 10x10 checkers best, including the US versions.
As you can see, the response isn't long in coming.
