My rating should be 355 but is showing 332. I already sent a screenshot of this to moderator report, but have not heard back. My rating shows correct 355 on my profile page but not in the playing room.

That is because you haven't play in 1 month. Now ur rating is 332 & will continue going down if you don't play more
Thanks for the reply Kev, but I thought it was a loss of 1 point a month. How did it drop down over 20 points?
Hey, the following calculation is used: Rn = ( Ro * Ro ) / 125000 Rn is the new rating. Ro the old (previous day) rating. ... and: Players who do not play for a while will see their ratings decreased each day after a seven days period. The amount subtracted will depend on the current rating. Players with higher rating will see their rating decrease quicker.
