Hi, after having to change account (I'm unable to play the game on the different application that subscribed users get, and I cannot get a reply from support to unsubscribe) I encountered a player **** ****** who instantly accused me of cheating after about 3 shots, linked a video to a cheating resource for flyordie (something I never would've found if not for this player, so linking it in chat seems like a stupid idea). He claimed he has a tool that can detect that I'm using cheats, and then he said that he's friends with the "head moderator", the "only active moderator". I called him a clown and a loser etc, probably to the point where muting was understandable, but instead I got perma banned. Pretty strange. I have played quite a lot on here over the years and seen players who get a demerit point tens of times over. Has anyone ever seen a user get permanently banned for posting insults in chat without even a warning demerit? I have even seen users bypassing the filters to insult people and only get a demerit, then do it again after the demerit wore off and only get another demerit. So I'm sort of inclined to believe this guy was actually pals with a moderator. Anyway, I don't care about getting banned, I just wanted to let the community know to watch out for this.

I have played **** ****** twice in checkers many months ago. He did something similar to me as he did to Stored in the balls. He claimed he was going to report me, ban me etc. He had "machinery, computers, etc." I am surprised more people haven't reported him. I don't report these things because they don't bother me but I will say a word in behalf of others.

Storedintheballs, Whoever you are speaking about may or may not be friends with the "head moderator," but bans can and have happened for extremely abusive commentary, and may have been generated by the auto-mod. And believe me, the automod is not "friends" with anybody. With the automod, if you do the crime you do the time. Demerits are also a possibility, the lengths of time dependent on the offense, and other circumstances. Apparently your offense was serious enough to merit a permanent ban in the opinion of the moderators. Thats about all I can tell you. Best greetings IBH.
Hi all Hornswoggled, I really like you as an assistant moderator but your statement here is contradictory as to whether the auto mod imposes the penalty first and the moderator corrects the penalty later! This means that the specific moderator can only wait until a specific player is "unpopular" for him and immediately increases the penalty. The same thing happened to me with my penalty. I only responded to your answer in the forum that I continued to play 2 nicknames without marking them as a program player, more than 50 games and both were clean. The next day the moderator immediately blocked my 2 nicknames for good. That is unfair of the moderator because he decides based on calls.
