I suggest introducing Likes to evaluate the players. If a player follows the rules is correct and polite, then we like him. If he started behaving badly, then we take away the like. The number of likes can be displayed next to his score.

Would you let Us players control those likes? Cause if so, people will troll others with this and just simply remove the likes you've 'earned', simply cause they can. It's just how it is in any online community.
