When you check Snooker Results and it show's "Moves" What are these moves ?

Sometimes they are 0 sometimes 11,12 or 15. Sometimes they are 52 or 62 ???

“Moves” are how many shots are taken.  

0 moves would show that the game ended early.

So why would you have 11 moves if the game goes the full distance ?
