i'd like to add to Dav7d's reply that since May 2021, the deduction only occurs every 7 days when you are not playing. (Initially it was on every day)

What you have indicated is a standard established in our evaluation system of which I identify the following example for you: " A rating of 500 will reach zero in approximately 1.5 years without playing".
