Hi Sunnyday, if this happens you simply have to wait for about one minute. Stay in the room and wait until your opponent is no longer there. The server closes the connection after about one minute. Also have a look what Moderator Goddess wrote about this topic.

Not necessary to report abuse. These are simply players who cannot lose and cut their own connection. If you stay in the room and wait - the victory is yours.

Realmente vejo isso acontecendo muito. A gente ganha a partida, mas percebi que quando a pessoa que estava perdendo desconecta automaticamente perde o jogo, porém, a pontuação perdida com essa derrota é bem menor.
